Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily site activities planning , implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the work programmes
- Plan and lead installation Team.
- Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work.
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring daily site operations.
- Carry out inspection to ensure efficient production within the project plan.
- Ensure safety compliance and procedures are adopted on site.
- Keep and update detailed daily site reports and records of work done.
- Work closely with sub-cons highlight any work related matters for team discussion and solution
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Education Level: ITC/Diploma in mechanical engineering field
- Building Construction Supervisors Safety Certificate
- Min 2 -3 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication house or related industries
- Excellent project skills
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Good communicative skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
- Has initiative and must be a team player
- Class 3 License
