We are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss job requirements, company culture, and recruitment strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job briefing to candidate placement.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate background verification procedures as required.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and generate revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and build relationships with potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Share market insights and best practices with clients and colleagues to enhance recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years proven experience as a recruitment consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and business development acumen.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
