· Recruitment, Resignations & Terminations
· Foreign Workers – Foreign Worker Quota, Recruitment, Housing requirements, etc.
· Communication with Factory Workers
· Employee compensation & benefits, insurance policies (WICA, GHS, GPA, GMM)
· Payroll
· Job scope, Organisation Chart, SOPs
· Any other ad-hoc matters as requested by management
Requirements
· Min Degree in Human Resources from a recognized university
· No experience needed, training provided
· Office Hours/ 5 Days
· Excellent communication skills is a must
· Good management skills of team
