Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounts department
- Handling full sets of accounts independently
- Prepare quarterly GST return
- Preparing of monthly schedule and reconciliationof G/L
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparing of auditor schedules and liaise with auditor
- Monthly management report
- Monitoring of Company cash flow
- All AR, AP & GL Transaction, data entries and checking entries
- Reconciling of creditors accounts
- Any adhoc duties related to accounts
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI with experience in handling full sets of accounts independently
- At least two years experience
- Positive working attitude and responsibility
- Physically fit and able to work in fast paced environment, reliable and hardworking
- Preferably knowledge in Accpac accounting system or equivalent
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft office
