Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning activities with specialized tasks associated with maintaining and managing fish tanks within our multiple fine dining restaurants.
- Ensure safety and compliance related to fish tank maintenance, adherence to sanitation protocols and measures.
- Participates and attends all training and meetings organized by management to always improve skills and knowledge necessary to perform the tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff in fish tank maintenance tasks, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
- Implement contingency plans to mitigate risk such as equipment malfunctions, water leaks, or fish health issues.
- Ensures the restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for both employee and guests, while optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of cleaning operations
Requirements:
- Preferably in F&B or Hospitality industry, minimum five (5) year of related experience
- Good knowledge of the kitchen, cleaning, and fish tank equipment
- Able to work in a fast pace working environment.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
