- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, paperwork, filing, recording of sales/purchases
- Liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers to get costs
- Keep track of consumables stock & equipments and do checks regularly
- Admin duties and general data entry
- Attend to telephone calls, email and walk-inenquires
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
- Must be able to work night shift and split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
