Job Summary
We are seeking for a self-motivated Project Support Analyst within data management team in banking and financial industry.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Business Computing, Computer Science, or equivalent;
- 3 years of experience as project analyst with exposure to Data transformation or related projects;
- Experience in liaising with stakeholders and cross functional teams;
- Maintain strong communication, interactions and has good time management skills;
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Detail-oriented and enjoy working independently.
Desired Skill-set
- Knowledge in data warehousing and data modelling a strong plus.
- Proficiency in SQL.
Responsibilities
- Support the department team leaders in the project management process updates and communicating to stakeholders;
- Plan and support project activities, assessments, reviews and participate in status meeting;
- Actively provide project management support by collaborating with multiple teams (internal departments, other business and service units) in ensuring that the project is completed on time;
- Track and maintain the portfolio of data analytics initiatives supported by DMO;
- Support the Enterprise Data Architecture and Governance Program to develop the analytics capabilities and drive the change management agenda for the group;
- Understand the end-to-end data landscape, including systems, business processes and data flows to support data governance reviews and assessments; co-ordinate in the development and enhancement of supporting documentation;
- Be an agent of change and inculcate data governance culture and discipline across the Bank’s business and technical processes as well as across diverse stakeholders within DMO and with the business.
