We are looking for highly dynamic and qualified individuals who are hands on with a keen interest in Interior Design Industry.
Successful candidate’s shall manage and expand existing customer accounts, strategize, and develop new business channels, enhance customer’s experience and addressing customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable in managing and developing existing and/or new customer accounts.
- Responsible to create new businesses, formulate strategic partnerships with end customers through proactive engagements.
- A “Hunter” who is constantly prospecting, identifying new business opportunities and targeting new potential customers.
- Able to develop a project pipeline, present its business case, execute, and achieve departmental KPIs.
- To collaborate closely with Design team.
- Expected to be independent, yet able to work well in a dynamic team, self-motivated, result oriented and driven.
- Fluent English command is needed for both speaking and writing
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
- Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly calls and appointment goals
- Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and other order information
- Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs
- Follow up email with potential clients on appointment
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree or min. Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in Construction Industry with Interior Design backgrounds preferred.
- Strong understanding of office interior design trends, space planning, and workplace solutions.
- Proven track record in project management and competence in sales/business development activities.
- Familiar with financial modelling.
- Able to speak other language is an added advantage.
- Diligent, self-motivated and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
