Job Description
A clean and orderly office improves the overall morale of the workplace, leading to better employee satisfaction and higher productivity & company’s image.
- Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas
- Responsible for the maintenance of tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning
- Responsible for removing trash in office areas
- Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
- Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
- Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- At a minimum "N" level certificate
- Previous cleaning experience a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning products, including chemicals and supplies, and methods used in office cleaning
- Can read, write, and speak English & Mandarin language at a level necessary for efficient performance.
- Individual must give attention to detail when cleaning
- Highly responsible & reliable
