Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely and communicate on a regular basis with business units to ensure alignment on projects, and overall service experience.
- Deliver IT projects within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and SDLC framework.
- Create, evaluate, and contract tenders of SGD $2M upwards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance digital ecommerce journey and customer journey through omni-channels such as websites, mobile apps, mini programs etc.
- Be the point of contact for technology discussions concerning digital/resort systems and their associated subsystems.
- Keep abreast of trends, industry disruptions and innovation in technologies to relate to and support business.
- Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible.
- Manage, negotiate, and mitigate project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors, and business stake holders to deliver projects in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in technology with strong project management skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing projects, operations, and vendors.
- Understand how hospitality system works together to give customers a seamless experience.
- Proven knowledge in creating tender documents, evaluating tenders, and contracting with deals upwards of SGD$ 2M.
- Experience facilitating business users to define problem statements, articulate desired business outcomes and drive business transformation or process re-engineering.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in running agile projects is preferred.
