Job Responsibilities

  • Help out in recruitment activities
  • Liaise with external stakeholders in arranging interview and for recruitment
  • Assist to prepare documents for passes applications, renewals and cancellations etc
  • Organize files, printing, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE "A" Level / Diploma in any studies
  • Possess good communication skills, team playing attributes and people oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to start work on an immediate basis / short notice
