· Utilize analytical tools and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align promotion activities with overall business objectives.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for promotion and innovation.
- Requirements:
· Proven track record of unique copywriting skills and promotion techniques, with a focus on achieving high ROI across various platforms.
· More than 3 years of experience in operating and promoting consumer goods, with a demonstrated ability to manage promotional budgets exceeding 10 million dollars.
· In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, and others, with the ability to develop targeted and effective promotion strategies.
· Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret metrics and make informed adjustments to promotion strategies.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
