Position: Maintenance Technician
Working Day: 5 Days Shift work
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks related to electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Understand and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Possess knowledge of using various meters for troubleshooting.
- Replace safety devices, timers, relay cables, and improve lighting or fan cabling.
- Be familiar with electrical inspections, preventive maintenance (PM), installations, and compliance.
- Have knowledge of Air Conditioning systems, specifically Daikin VRV.
Requirment:
- Possess a ITE / NITEC / Diploma / Qualifications in Building Maintenance or Electrical installation
- Preferred 5 year’s experience in the related field
- Must be willing to work shift, Weekend and Public holidays
