Job Description:
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and systems management tools
- Correspondence with customers (including overseas) request
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site and online
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem-resolution
- Maintaining customer infrastructure & networks
- Knowledge of firewall, Active Directory, and backup solutions
- Able to articulate issues and solutions to customers
- Knowledge of Cloud applications like Office 365, and Azure
Job Requirement:
- Background in IT, computer systems engineering or systems engineering is a must
- Ability to effectively multi-task when necessary
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in a team and independently
Other Info:
- This role comes with two arrangements:
- Daily half-day throughout the weekdays (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm or 2 pm - 6 pm)
- 3 full days weekly (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)
- Opportunity to convert to a full-time position
- Able to perform L1 support
- Able to travel on-site
