The ideal candidate should possess the necessary experience in managing social media accounts and/or prior working experience in marketing.
Social Media
- Managing the Company’s social media account and ensuring all posts, comments & messages are in line with the Marketing team events calendar and updating of bio/IGS.
- Managing the social media contests, including verification of winner’s list eligibility, and obtaining approval for prize issuance.
Tenant Management
- Coordinate on the sending of welcome kit to new tenants and obtain relevant information such as logo, write up from them.
- Liaise with tenants on their shoutout of new promotions/launch.
- Coordinate with tenants on the reimbursement of e-vouchers issued and obtain approval to proceed on a monthly basis.
Others
- Assist in coordination work with partners/vendors/supplier and provide support for campaign related matters.
- Ensure that the building app, website, lobby screens, contacts list & tenant circular etc are updating accordingly.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good knowledge on social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Prior working experience in marketing is a plus
Candidate must be able to commit 3 months from May to July 2024.
