Job Description
- Review and develop HR policies to ensure they comply with prevailing laws and regulations and are aligned with company's strategic directives and HR policies.
- Manage various aspects of Strategic Planning for HR including the Balanced Score Card (BSC), Enterprise Risk Management framework as well as the setting of strategic goals and monitoring of workplans for the HR domain.
- To conduct environmental scans and support the HR Domain in keeping abreast of leading best practices in human resource strategies and human capital management.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resource
- Prior working experience in the Healthcare industry would be an advantage
- Proficient in knowledge of employment and industrial relations laws and its practical application
