Job Description :
1) Maintain the stock inventory for both Excel spreadsheet & Info-tech accounting system in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock.
- Carry out proper recording and paperwork for incoming and outgoing stocks.
a) Update stock timely in order to facilitate accurate and up-to-date.
b) Ensure documents are filed properly.
- Proposing adjustments and improvements of inventory system where necessary.
2) Responsible to manage Staff claim.
3) Handle full spectrum of HR duties. (Recruitment, selection & employment, work pass matters).
4) Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence.
5) Plan suitable training, learning and development needs and career development for staff.
6) Responsible to manage and update staff leave, time attendance & overtime calculations.(both excel spreadsheet & info-tech system)
7) Handling of company insurances (Group Medical, Workmen Injury Compensation, Vehicle Insurance, Fire Insurance).
8) Prepare submission to government agencies, such as NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc.
9) Performs other ad hoc duties assigned.
