Responsibilities:
· Handling of full-set accounts by ensuring that accounting books are closed monthly on a timely, complete and accurate basis
· Consolidation of group accounts
· Handle all payment and collection matters
· Assist the CFO in the implementation of the finance policy & procedures
· Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable, Receivables (including Bank Reconciliation)
· Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Company Secretary and all government bodies pertaining to Finance, Accounts and Tax matters
· Ensuring all tax returns, tax declarations and other reports are submitted accurately and timely
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
· Work with the team for the group financial statement and reporting
Requirements:
· ACCA/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Hands-on experience in MYOB accounting system and proficient in MS Excel would be an advantage
· Able to provide quality work within deadline
· Preferably to be able to start work immediately
