Job Description:
A Japanese food importer is looking for an administrative staff who can handle invoice and data making.
1. Invoices making and issuing
2. Data entering and making
3. Sales supporting tasks (Checking prohibited items and required documents and so on)
4. Other Ad hoc related tasks when required by managements
5. Communication with transporting and customs clearance agents
Job Requirements:
1. Interested in and like Japanese food
2. Experience of administrative/sales assistant/secretary is advantage
3. Experience of engaging of customs clearance (Related to Foods) is great advantage
4. Good interpersonal skills and team player
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite
