  • Drive market share and revenue performance through effective pricing, inventory controls and mix management across different channels.
  • Responsible for providing the commercial and operations teams with clear, concise, and accurate analysis of property data, tourism trends, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure optimal management of inventory across all distribution channels.
  • Actively participate in the weekly forecast and month-end review process.
  • Collaborate proactively with Sales, Marketing and Operations departments to implement growth initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Business or a related discipline in Revenue Management.
  • Min 6 years of Revenue Management experience in multiple properties.
  • Meticulous and eye for detail. Strong analysis and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly proficient in Opera, Excel (advance level) and relevant revenue management software and analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
