- Drive market share and revenue performance through effective pricing, inventory controls and mix management across different channels.
- Responsible for providing the commercial and operations teams with clear, concise, and accurate analysis of property data, tourism trends, and market intelligence.
- Ensure optimal management of inventory across all distribution channels.
- Actively participate in the weekly forecast and month-end review process.
- Collaborate proactively with Sales, Marketing and Operations departments to implement growth initiatives.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Business or a related discipline in Revenue Management.
- Min 6 years of Revenue Management experience in multiple properties.
- Meticulous and eye for detail. Strong analysis and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Highly proficient in Opera, Excel (advance level) and relevant revenue management software and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
