Job Description:
- Key stakeholder as part of the lead generation process to create sales opportunities for Ohmyhome.
- Ability to qualify potential customers/ leads effectively
- Actively drive engagement with customers to secure a sales appointment for our sales agent.
- Share with home buyers/sellers the value proposition of our products and services. Proactively drive cross selling and upselling of these products/services.
- Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls).
- Be the voice of the customer to channel feedback to respective internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the assigned Real Estate Consultants and assist to maximize sales opportunities for each call/enquiries
- Setting up and managing multiple threads of Whatsapp/in-house messaging systems communication
- active monitoring of CRM system to ensure customer data is accurate
- Be an active team member to drive process improvements across the organization.
- Track dashboards and Prepare periodic operational and billing reports
- Propose and implement new process improvements, analytics and measurable KPIs to continuously enhance Ohmyhome customer service and operations
- Provide support to the Manager on the day to day operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned on a day to day basis
Requirements:
- Positive work ethics:Works with minimal supervision and manages own time effectively
Takes ownership of work assignments and is committed to accomplish tasks on time and with quality. - Aspiring Real estate professionals are preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an additional plus
- Comfortable working with technology and Proficient in Google Suite/hubspot
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Fast & accurate/attention to detail.
- Can-do attitude and problem-solver
- Team player with a strong interest in working with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Be more customer centric
- Customer service, pre-sales, receptionist, bank teller or tele-sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work on shifts, with weekends and holidays included in the 5.5 hours working week.
Qualifications:
- Preferably an ITE NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma qualified candidate with 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- We are also open to freshers who are keen to understand and build a career in the Real Estate industry / Prop-tech industry.
