Candidates should possess one or more of the following skills:
- Strong understanding of industry and enterprise business/ customer processes and
- relevant application of CRM concepts to these process
- Define, design and deliver best in class functional architecture and solutions
- Successfully executed at least 3 end to end IT projects: requirements, gathering/analysis, solution functional design, system configurations, testing, training, documentations, go live, support
- Participate and lead one of more projects
- Advantage: Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or leading Enterprise CRM packages (e.g. Oracle/Siebel, Salesforce, SAP CRM, etc.)
- Advantage: Proven Project management skills/ PMP certified
Requirements
- Computer Science or related discipline Diploma or Degree from a reputable institution with 2-10 years of relevant experience
- Client focused; Passionate about delivering best in class solutions to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Responsible, proactive, problem solver
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business and CRM best practices and approaches, with ability to transform issues to value added solutions for clients
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Self motivated, hands-on and willing to learn new solutions and technologies
