Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Product Strategist to join our team. As our Product Strategist, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and developing digital products that enhance the financial experiences of our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate market needs and business requirements into innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend market demands, user requisites, and business objectives.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, encompassing engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to propel product development endeavours from conceptualization to launch.
- Ideate and craft digital products, features, and experiences that resonate with the company's vision and brand identity.
- Partner closely with UX/UI designers to actualize prototypes, wireframes, and user interfaces for visualizing and refining product concepts.
- Deploy contemporary development technologies and frameworks to implement front-end and back-end solutions.
- Execute comprehensive testing and quality assurance protocols to ensure the dependability, security, and efficacy of the product.
- Evaluate user feedback, data analytics, and market dynamics to iterate and enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies, such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of financial services and products, including banking, payments, lending, and investments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
