Working days: Monday - Friday (9am -6pm)
Salary : $3,000 - $3800
Work Location: Redhill
Job Responsibilities:
- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage, guide, and train digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
- Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
- Plan and execute various marketing campaigns over different platforms, allocating budgets and timelines for each campaign.
- Analyze the effect of each campaign and update content periodically for social media pages and websites.
- Interpret data from various marketing campaigns, identify trends, and communicate insights to the respective groups.
- Execute and measure the conversion rates from digital marketing campaigns.
- Come up with creative ideas to capture customer focus.
- Analyze and present market data using charts.
- Coordinate and execute tasks with marketing executives.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Minimum of a Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant hands-on work experience in a similar capacity in the healthcare/retail environment.
