Main Duties and Responsibilities
Programme Management
- Organise Student Orientation.
- Ensure students are registered for e-attendance system.
- Monitor students' attendance and provide students enrollment data to external vendor for tabulation.
- Manage Student Learning Management System for students and teaching staff. (include creation of account, module enrolment and de-activation of inactive students etc)
- Monitor students’ course fee payment.
- Process royalty payment.
- Monitor students' term enrolment and provide advice on their pathway.
- Ensure accurate module enrolment in the Student Management System.
- Assist in the planning of students' graduation ceremony.
- For graduated students: ensure that student pass are cancelled and status in eteams are updated.
- Ensure End of Course Evaluation are done for modules conducted.
- Process students’ request – deferment, withdrawal, progamme transfer etc.
- Provide Course counselling to students who transferred to new programme.
- Attend to students' enquiries (walk-in I emails) and Hive service.
- Liaise with University partners on students' administrative matters. (For university programmes)
- Liaise with exam department on exam/re-exam related matters.
Others
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree In any discipline.
- Prior experience in Private / Education Industry will be an added advantage.
- Good team working skills and a flexible approach to delivering team results.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize own work independently to achieve agreed results and, at times, under pressure.
- Good Oral and written communication skills and ability to liaise and network with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with good level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of higher education qualifications in Singapore and Internationally.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge and experience in using resource optimization tools will be advantageous.
