Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Freight Forwarding Customer Service Executive with experience in Air freight and Sea Freight.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Ocean & Air Import/Export/Cross Trade shipping matters in accordance with client’s requirement
- Work Closely with clients and overseas offices/agents/carriers to support timely arrangement of shipments
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in handling Customer service in Freight Forwarding industry, Air and Ocean
- Knowledge of Air Import/Export regulations and documents is preferred.
- Familiar with Operational Process requirements for IFF areas
- Able to communicate effectively with clients for discussions and alignment on solutions
- Good written and verbal English communication with client in good manner
- High responsible and strong team player and able to work independently
