Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of mechanical design and engineering including conceptual design, basis of design, scope of work, development of construction documents.
- Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders, as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
- Liaise with relevant organizations, agencies, vendors and clients to implement plans and ensuring that the project meets the quality and safety standards.
- Manage company assets, equipment rental and manpower to ensure optimal utilization and cost.
- Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the detailed mechanical design of municipal scale wastewater treatment systems (if needed).
- Lead a team of mechanical engineers and develop core technical competencies to ensure company stays competitive in provide value added products / services to customers.
- Assist in proposal preparation; contract preparation and negotiation; coordination with regulatory agencies; project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent qualification recognized by PEB.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant working experiences.
- Must possess Environmental, Water or Waste Water Engineering experiences.
- Able to lead and motivate a team as well as adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to communicate clearly with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedbacks.
