Attachment Description
The trainee will be responsible for the growth of business and will work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with the director/ceo.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Create a growth strategy that prioritizes both monetary gain and client delight.
2. To find new markets and client demands, conduct research.
3.Set up meetings for business with potential customers.
4, Promote the business's goods and services by anticipating or answering the goals of customers.
5. Draft sales contracts while making sure they follow the legal requirements.
6. Maintain records of your purchases, income, bills, etc.
7. Give dependable comments and post-purchase assistance.
8. Create enduring connections with both current and potential clients.
9. Train entry-level employees to become valuable salespeople.
