Job Description as IRJ Supervisor:
· Responsible for IRJ progress.
· Responsible for daily work arrangement.
· Monitor workers for daily work conducting.
· Traning conducting for workers.
· Material and equipment arrangement.
· Make sure all works comply with method statement and meet the standards.
· Report to site superintendent.
Requirements:
· At least three years' work experience in Trackwork/railways field.
· Skilled Traning Certificate.
· Able to communicate with mgt level and workers.
· with positive work attitude.
