Project Coordinator
Location: Henderson
Salary : $3500 - $4500
Working days: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all stages of interior design projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution phases.
- Support the development and tracking of project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Help maintain strong partnerships with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
- Participate in site visits to oversee project quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Contribute to the management of project documentation and address project challenges as they arise.
- Aid in ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Encourage a team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and professional growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a support role within the interior design or construction industry, and familiar with the Singapore market.
- Previous experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is advantageous.
