Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment process (Shortlisting of resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews etc.)
- Support in end-to-end employee cycle (onboarding, work pass applications, data entry, terminations etc.)
- Oversee compensation matters such as compiling of market survey data, salary benchmarking, taking charge of salary review cycle etc.
- Support in training administration matters
- Preparation of Offer Letters, Employment Verification Letters etc.
- Participate in other ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HRM or any other related field
Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of experience in compensation & benefits
