- Create materials that salespeople and clients can use to learn about and start using our products, with help from writers to make them perfect.
- Come up with a plan to introduce our solutions to the market and put it into action worldwide, with help from our partner teams. Make sure everyone knows what needs to be done and when, and work with different teams to make sure everything goes smoothly.
- Regularly research what our customers are saying and use that information to help improve our products.
- Be involved in every stage of developing our products, from the initial idea to when they're launched. Be an expert on how our products are used and help make them better.
- Work closely with teams in different locations to keep everyone updated on our products, manage a database of information about them, and help teams around the world with any questions they have.
- Keep an eye on how popular our products are around the world, talk to different teams about how they're doing, and figure out any problems that might be stopping people from using them.
