Responsibilities:
Register and disseminate letter of instructions
- Receive and register letter instructions on transactional matter such as Time Deposit, Loan, Fund Transfer & Remittances from corporate clients.
- Disseminate these instructions to the respective service teams for handling.
- Ensure timely and accurate transmission of instructions to the relevant teams.
Administrative Duties
- Perform daily administrative tasks including reconciliation of documents and records.
- Handle the despatching of documents to other departments to ensure prompt processing of customer instructions.
- Maintain organised records and files to facilitate easy retrieval of information when needed.
Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and processing of customer instructions.
Period:
- 3 Months Contract

- Rafflesplace
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary:
- up to $14/hr, depending on experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Possess strong organising skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
