- To assist in the planning and execution of Messe Berlin Asia Pacific’s key events
- To work closely with mulitple external vendors in meeting key requirements, timelines, budgets and services required for all events
- To manage trade visitor registration process which includes setting up the registration page, acquisition of trade visitors and customer service support such as visa letters, enquiry assistance.
- Cross functional collaboration with various teams within the company to assist operational requirements for exhibitor, sponsor, conference, marketing and more. This includes customer service support in queries from external customers regarding operational aspects of all events.
- To manage multiple systems used for Messe Berlin Asia Pacific’s operations such as registration systems, CRM, business matching and more.
- To manage all events’ operational budgets which will entail requisition of various quotations and negotiation of pricing and services offered from vendors and partners.
- To assist in finding startegic partners to deliver excellent customer experience pre, post and during all of Messe Berlin Asia Pacific’s shows.
