Junior Quantity Surveyor
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Timing: 8:30am to 6pm
- Working Location: Admiralty
- Starting Salary: $3000 to $3500 per month
Job Descriptions:
- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring in the tendering process.
- Obtains, compiles, and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender/contract requirements.
- Handle progress claims, variation orders & finalization of accounts.
- Attend site meetings with clients when required.
- Liaise with Consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by QS Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.
