Project Planning Assistance: Assisting in the planning phase of projects by helping to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Supporting in creating project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Team Coordination: Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, task assignments, and progress tracking. Assisting in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
Documentation and Reporting: Assisting in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and risk registers. Compiling and preparing reports for project updates, milestones, and key metrics.
Task Management: Helping to track and manage project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies. Supporting in prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring task completion progress.
Risk and Issue Management: Assisting in identifying project risks and issues. Supporting in developing risk mitigation strategies, monitoring risk factors, and escalating critical issues to the project manager.
Quality Assurance Support: Supporting in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Assisting in conducting quality reviews, performing quality assurance checks, and addressing quality issues.
Resource Coordination: Assisting in resource management activities, including resource allocation, tracking resource utilization, and managing resource availability for project tasks.
Stakeholder Communication: Assisting in facilitating communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Helping to prepare and distribute project communications, updates, and announcements.
Change Management Support: Supporting in managing changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines. Assisting in evaluating change requests, documenting change impacts, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
Learning and Development: Continuously learning and developing project management skills and knowledge. Participating in training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to enhance project management capabilities.
Job Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of work experience would be preferred
- Diploma in engineering or business or equivalent
- Relevant internship experience in Construction industry would be advantageous
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Able to communicate well
- Demonstrate ability to work well in a team
