Responsibilities:
- Checking of staff timesheet, calculation of overtime claim and transportation claim.
- Support back up role on Payroll.
- Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, medical claim etc)
- Prepare and process monthly staff payroll.
- Perform monthly CPF submission and governmental claims such as NS reservist claims, government-paid maternity leave claims, government-paid childcare leave claims etc
- Preparation and submission of IR8A and IR21
- Generate HR-related documents (e.g. employment letters, confirmation letter etc.)
- Monitoring and assisting in work pass administration including new application, renewal and cancellation.
- Assist in recruitment for new hires and off-boarding process for resigned staff.
- Provide support for call answering and administrative support.
- Assist and organize welfare events for employees (eg. Annual CNY dinner, Company year-end lunch, gathering events)
- Maintain and update employee personal files.
- Participate in periodic government surveys.
- Attend to employee enquiries.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holders in Human Resources or relevant business field
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge in payroll software, experience with Sage Easypay software will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team-player.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
