Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and foster positive & long-term relationships.
- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates and develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably in recruitment agency
- Independent, dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets
- Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis
