Job Scope:
- End-to-end recruitment process (Shortlisting of resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews etc.).
- Support in end-to-end employee cycle (onboarding, work pass applications, data entry, terminations etc.).
- Oversee compensation matters such as compiling of market survey data, salary benchmarking, taking charge of salary review cycle etc.
- Support in training administration matters.
- Preparation of Offer Letters, Employment Verification Letters etc.
- Participate in other ad hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder, in Human Resources, Business Administration or a general field with at least 2-3 years relevant experience. Those currently pursuing a Degree with specialization in HR can also be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in compensation & benefits is preferred.
- Strong in compliance with employment regulations.
- IT Savvy
- Meticulous and organized.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
