Requirements:
- Minimum qualification in Diploma/Degree in Business/HR or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to prioritize and have good organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges.
- Able to work in multitasking environment & independently.
- Team player and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Handling HR matters and Admin duties.
- In-charge of work pass application/renewal and other MOM related administrative matters.
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Prepare and post Job advertisement.
- Recruitment, familiar with employment act and employment related legislation.
- Maintain and distribute HR documentations including employee handbook and memo.
- Execution of company policy and related issues.
- Manage full spectrum of HR operation to ensure smooth & efficient Support.
- Organize and participate in company-wide events.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
