Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspection of the completed tunnel precast elements
- Keeping of Quality Control (QC) records at all stages of the segmental tunnelling lining production
- Testing and examining the materials used
- Checking on the workmanship of the manufacturer in connection with the tunnel precast elements production
- Inspect and checking of defects of production phase of tunnel precast elements and provide finding and recommendation on remedial measures to mitigate the defects
Requirements:
- A Civil Engineering Diploma recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board, Singapore, or its equivalent as accepted by the OIC
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the inspection and quality control monitoring of high quality, mass produced precast concrete products
- Will be stationed full time at precast yard.
- Be accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
