Who you are:

As a Sales & Project Executive specializing in real estate, you will be involved in the full residential project cycle, from planning and design to construction and handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards by coordinating and working with our architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. You will also play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing various aspects of marketing from building a robust pipeline of buyer leads to coordinating branding efforts and overseeing showflat set-ups, you will contribute to the success of our projects while ensuring adherence to legal requirements and quality standards.


What You’ll Be Doing:


Sales and Marketing

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of direct buyer leads based on customer persona profiles, utilizing market research and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research and analyzing data to devise effective tactics.
  • Grow and maintain the firm's pool of direct clients, nurturing leads from initial inquiry to closing, and liaising with lawyers and finance on sales documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and legal requirements related to property sales.
  • Support on marketing collateral development (website, brochure, hoarding, Point of Sales Collateral) by collating feedback on the content, design, and messaging of collateral materials to maintain consistency and quality
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project-related information, such as floor plans, site maps, and project specifications, for use in marketing materials
  • Organize and maintain a central repository of marketing collateral, ensuring accessibility for the sales & marketing team

Project Management

  • Prepare architectural drawings in autoCAD based on design brief, sketches, specifications, buyers’ requirements and design intent. Ensure all drawings are prepared timely, accurately and legibly.
  • Assist in preparing tender packages, calling for quotations, and maintain project documentations and drawings.
  • Attend consultants, technical and site meetings
  • Assist to check and coordinate Consultants’ drawings/information and Main Contractor’s shop drawings issued during pre-construction, construction and post-construction
  • Assist in quality checks, defects snagging during construction and following up on progress of rectifications
  • Assist in conducting handover of units with owners as well as building to Management Agent
  • Coordinate with the Construction & Project Management team to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate showflat set-up process - ensuring compliance with safety, accessibility, and building code requirements, and addressing any issues with vendors on-site. Manage documentation including inventory lists, purchase orders, and project-related correspondence.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in autoCAD, sketchup and BIM is preferred
  • Completion of estate agent course or relevant certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales and/or project management role with a real estate developer or real estate agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and drive sales performance.
  • Desire to grow with Aurum Land and commitment to long-term career development.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Singaporeans / PRs only.
