Your Role
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for new mechanical design and existing product enhancement.
What Will You Do
- Responsible for new mechanical design and existing product enhancement and verification test of equipment.
- Responsible for implementation, structural analysis, modification and testing of semiconductor equipment based on overall system specifications.
- Responsible for all stages in the development cycle from design proposal to production release with well recordkeeping.
- To create and maintain Bills of Material; create high quality and assembly drawings; prepare assembly guidelines and requirements.
- To provide expert technical support to our field engineers and customers during critical customer evaluation (occasional international travel may be required).
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
What Do We Want
- At least a.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Precision Engineering.
- At least 3 years of machine design experience relevant to machinery or high precision automation systems.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling using SolidWorks with certifications such as CSWE and CSWP will be added advantage.
- Have experience in Finite element analysis software.
- Have experience in structural modal analysis, thermal-mechanical analysis, or fluid dynamics analysis (any two).
- Have experience in full design cycle, from proof of concept through prototyping, development and commercial realization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
