Jeppesen Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd, a Boeing Company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Implementation Program Management Lead to join our Crew & Network Operations team in Singapore.

The Crew & Network Operations Implementation department is responsible for the configuration and delivery of our Airline Operations and Resource Planning solutions to commercial airline customers. Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads pre-sales coordination within Implementation department; serves as customer-facing Project Director on implementation projects.
  • Responsible for Request-For-Proposals (RFPs) during pre-sales, defines project / program setup and strategy, identifies resource requirements and constraints for implementation projects, coordinates and approves project estimates, and develops high-level integrated project plans including critical path.
  • Responsible for supporting and ensuring technical / programmatic support to sales team during negotiation of implementation project contractual items, and ensures commitments to clients are realistic.
  • Provide input for Professional Services Statements of Work, and facilitates critical coordination across all business units to support accurate and efficient estimation efforts.
  • Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative interpersonal working relationships with clients on management and executive level, and interacts as the primary customer contact on frequent basis. Leads and participates in internal and external steering committees.
  • First escalation point for the project manager. Acts as speaking partner and provides advice to the project manager.
  • Facilitates communication of project/program health and status with project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors, and reports to or consults with senior and executive level management (internal and external).
  • Prepares and participates in risk, issue and opportunity identification and mitigation and escalates to program leadership when assistance is required to remove road blocks.
  • Serves as representative and external spokesperson for the company on highly significant matters relating to contractual obligations, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.
  • Provides motivation, leadership and mentors project team members. Provides feedback and performance assessments to appropriate senior management in a timely manner, and addresses and helps resolve conflict among program/project teams or team members.
  • Oversees project/program on-time delivery, profitability, and client value. Ensures project teams are executing as planned by monitoring high-level progress and major deliveries. Determines options and appropriate actions to ensure and improve project performance.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to personal learning and development. Seeking feedback and proactively improving skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data to develop conclusions and recommendations.
  • Recognized as a job expert within the company and consultant to management.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies, and procedures, as well as products, to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex software project/program management, implementation, configuration, and delivery.
  • Minimum of 5 years working with external clients.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading projects or programs.
  • Ability to transform solutions to complex technical challenges into effective & easy to comprehend priorities & integrated plans.
  • Possess ability to develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, Statements of Work, and connect technology to business considerations (e.g., ROI). Requires English fluency.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience negotiating Statements of Work with external customers for software deployment projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, define, and manage services deployment opportunities, and drive efficiencies of customer success engagements / deployments through application of best practices.
  • Experience in the Aviation Industry, Airline Operations or Jeppesen Solutions (especially in Crew & Operations Management solutions), is highly beneficial.
  • Minimum of 15 or more years' of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
