We are looking for a Digital Sales Optimization Lead (9 months contract) to develop and implement strategies that optimize our digital sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital banking products and services, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth through digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the digital sales funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and IT, to enhance digital sales capabilities.
- Lead initiatives to streamline and automate digital sales processes, reducing friction and improving efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital sales.
- Implement testing and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and drive incremental revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Develop training programs and resources to support digital sales initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital sales activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital sales optimization, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in digital sales optimization, preferably in private banking or wealth management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency in digital sales platforms and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
