Digital Sales Optimization (9 months contract)

We are looking for a Digital Sales Optimization Lead (9 months contract) to develop and implement strategies that optimize our digital sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital banking products and services, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth through digital channels.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
  2. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the digital sales funnel.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and IT, to enhance digital sales capabilities.
  4. Lead initiatives to streamline and automate digital sales processes, reducing friction and improving efficiency.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital sales.
  6. Implement testing and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and drive incremental revenue.
  7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  8. Develop training programs and resources to support digital sales initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.
  9. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital sales activities.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital sales optimization, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience in digital sales optimization, preferably in private banking or wealth management
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  4. Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  5. Technical proficiency in digital sales platforms and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics platforms.
  6. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Results-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital sales activities.
  10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
