Under the Trainee Teacher scheme, you will assume the role of Trainee Teacher position focusing on looking after children from 18 months to 6 years old. You will be attached to My First Skool centre and be trained and mentored to equip you with practical teaching skills. You will also be sponsored to pursue the Diploma (Conversion) in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching [DECCE-T (Conversion)] and be provided with a competitive salary while you are on place and train scheme. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be re-designated as a Malay / Tamil Childcare Teacher and serve a 1 year bond.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline or local polytechnic in any field and a minimum B4 in GCE O Level in Malay or Tamil Language
- Passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
- A collaborative demeanor who possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work individually or with multi-disciplined teams to reach outcomes
- Have some prior experience in taking care or babysitting children
