• Location: Labrador Park
• Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: up to $4,200 (depending on experience)
Job Description:
- Assist in preparing of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Assist in gathering data and providing necessary support during preparation of tax return. Coordinate with tax agent and review tax returns
- Supervising month-end closing processes
- Managing daily financial and accounting transactions, including cash management, receivables, payables, banking, and foreign exchange
- Monitoring cash flow requirements
- Performing monthly reconciliations for accounts, including banks and sub-ledger
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Candidate with minimum 5 years experience in accounting role
- A good understanding of financial management, especially statutory requirements
- Familiar with tax laws, accounting standards, and audits
- Analytical thinking with strong investigative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Computer Proficiency: SAP, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
