Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Team Lead to spearhead technical solutions for IT-related challenges, ensuring seamless product delivery. This role involves leading developers, providing mentorship, and collaborating with various stakeholders including internal management, client teams, and technical vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough requirement analysis and oversee project architecture implementation.
- Develop customized, reusable solutions across project, program, or operational scopes.
- Create high-quality, detailed designs.
- Conduct unit testing using automated frameworks and address potential risks.
- Review developers' work, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with team members to deliver operational, integration, or application architecture requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of Java development experience.
- Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot framework.
- Familiarity with relational databases like Oracle and MySQL.
- Experience implementing SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, Struts, jQuery, Bootstrap).
- Experience in batch processing implementations.
- Proficiency in custom framework development (e.g., security, validations).
- Previous experience in team leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced understanding of modern software development and testing methodologies.
- Minimum of three full SDLC experiences for web application projects.
