ADH Singapore consists of two business divisions, namely Edehege Adhesive Products Pte Ltd for Functional Materials & Services (FMS) and Edehege Technology Pte Ltd for Automation & Converting Machineries (ACM). Each specialising in-depth knowledge of the industrial practice so as to provide their customers with professional consultation and value-added services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals
- Monitor and assist the existing business units in business analysis and marketing/business development planning and execution
- Review internal business processes and proposes improvements in liaison with client facing and business services teams
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Perform any other duties assigned by the director
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a BD Manager in the regional manufacturing and packaging industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Time management and planning skills
- The ability to work under pressure
