Overview
As a sports executive, you play a pivotal role in coordinating sports programs, ensuring student participation, and maintaining facilities. Your duties involve program planning, logistics management, and student support to foster a thriving sports environment.
Description
- Work closely with personnels to customise the needs of the students and create training programmes.
- Assess and monitor students’ wellbeing and development.
- Ensure that support personnels adhere to the standard operating procedures and review performances.
- Update parents on a weekly basis on any follow-ups of students.
- Handle administrative duties such as arrangement of logistics and facilities, maintaining records of students and monitor budget for sports equipment.
- To assist in projects to submit to relevant authorities for approval managing of manpower for classes.
- To conduct risk assessments for sports activities involving potential hazards to ensure students safety.
Requirements
- Prior experience in managing events and programmes involving young children and parents is a plus.
- Possesses a valid Standard First Aid Certification by the National First Aid Council throughout the contractual period.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and email etiquette
- Must be able to commit on Saturdays for any events and training sessions where applicable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Contract Period: 1st August 2024 – 31st December 2026
Working hours: 5-day work week
Mon – Fri (Occasional Saturdays for events and training sessions)
8:30am to 6:00pm – Inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
